Shipping & Returns


We ship internationally! All packages are shipped via Canada Post and are calculated during the checkout process. Items are shipped with 24 Hours of payment. The Dates and times for package delivery are provided by Canada Post and are only estimates but are usually accurate. All packages sent via express post or international courier are insured for $100. If you require additional insurance please indicate this at the time of your order and Kewlgoods.Com will follow up with you directly. Kewlgoods.Com is not responsible for taxes, duties or delays that result from orders placed outside of
Canada. Please consult your local import laws for rules and regulations regarding purchases from Candada.

Return Procedures

Please send an email to returns@kewlgoods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

If the item you have ordered is defective, or malfunctioning contact us within the warranty period and we will give you an in store credit for a replacement item. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
