Denise Austin may have thought the SportLine BioTrainer was another great item for her to endorse, but people in high places don\'t have to put up with the non-existent customer service that your paltry sum pays for with this device. Don\'t expect a refund, and don\'t expect a response. Some yuppy enterpreneur-dude in Florida is shlepping his way through another cigar and/or margarita with your hard-earned money, and has plenty of roadblocks set up in his phone system so he won\'t have to talk to us commoners. I even managed to talk to HIM, and he promised a replacement for my DOA unit ... 2-1/2 MONTHS AGO. So far, all promises unfulfilled. Not KewlGood\'s fault, but I hope they stop selling it. They can\'t afford the bad karma.
