Did a lot of reading on the web about robot vacuums, these received a good rating so I decided to purchase one. These folks are great to deal with! Fast shipping and reasonable prices. My only regret is I didn't buy one sooner. Ours runs daily in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and every other day in our bedrooms. I was amazed at how much it picked up, I should note that we have only hardwood and tile upstairs and it does do a really god job. We have a long haired cat and it easily picks up his hair and food bits that are scattered around the kitchen.
I would recommend this product to anyone, that has hard flooring in most of their home.

I have a tile floor with minimal carpets.
It does a decent job at cleaning.
The UV light is an added bonus and always like to have it on.
The CleanMate 365 QQ-2 is
- a bit loud
- Getting on the carpet is done without assistance but you will see that the direction it was going is altered as the cleaning blade get stuck underneath the carpet momentary before spinning back to the top of the carpet.
- instruction manual could be better.
- Had to make some make shift wall to make sure that area got a good cleaning. ( 6 Sections: Master bedroom, Computer Room, Guess Bedroom, Hallway, Living Room, "Kitchen and Dining room" )
The CleanMate 365 QQ-2 does a great job in any of my 3 bedroom as long as you lock it in there. I do each room 20 min each with UV light on, while I do a load of laundry or watch a 30 min TV show. Then I go to the next area.
In the future I may reduce the number of areas and give that a shot. I currently do this once a week. |

This product is awesome! I was hesitant as was everybody around me when I purchased this robot but, I can tell you know after having it for a few months that this thing rocks! Does an awesome job on any hard surfaces. I have wood floors through most of my house And the robot gets the whole area clean without a doubt. I highly recommend this to anyone! saves time while you can be doing something else. |
