YES! We stock our all of our items! If an item is out of stock, you will be notified at checkout. Most backorders are filled within 10 business days. Feel free to call us anytime regarding the status of your order!

- How do I pay for my order?
KewlGoods.Com has fully secure checkout protected with a valid SSL Certificate. We also subscribe to hackersafe, a service that scans our site on a daily basis to ensure your personal data is safe.
We now offer payments via Mastercard, Amex, Visa and Discover and Interac via the most secure payment gateways in North America. As an alternative we also offer payments via PayPal and COD for Canadian customers.
You can also place an order via phone or fax.
Your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION is never stored on our servers. All information is held by our processing server and meets or exceeds all of the requirements by Canadian and American laws.

- What does it mean when a product says "out of stock"?
We do our best to keep everything listed on our site stocked and ready to ship. However from time to time our stock gets depleated and we are unable to ship same day.
Orders marked out of stock will be shipped within 2 weeks of order date. Itmes on backorder longer than 2 weeks will be sent discounts or refunds.

- I dont have a CC can I still order from KewlGoods?
Kewlgoods.com uses Canada Post for shipping worldwide. Customers located in Canada can choose the COD option at checkout. Canada Post will deliver the package to the nearest postal depot and you can pick it up and pay cash.
There is a 7$ fee on top of the order total for this service. Please contact us if you have further questions.
