- How do I pay for my order?
KewlGoods.Com has fully secure checkout protected with a valid SSL Certificate. We also subscribe to hackersafe, a service that scans our site on a daily basis to ensure your personal data is safe.
We now offer payments via Mastercard and Visa and via the most secure payment gateways in North America. As an alternative we also offer payments via PayPal.
You can also place an order via phone or email.
Your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION is never stored on our servers. All information is held by our processing server and meets or exceeds all of the requirements by Canadian and American laws.

- When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped daily via Canada Post. All delivery times quoted during the checkout process are accurate. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided on the day the item is shipped. As your order progresses through our system, you will be updated, or you can go to www.canadapost.ca and enter your tracking number.

- What is your warranty on items?
All sales come with KEWLGOODS.Com 15-day Money Back Guarantee on top of the manufacturer's warranty. NOTE:
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees and are for the cost of the item only.
If the item you have ordered is defective, or malfunctioning contact us within the warranty period and we will give you an in store credit for a replacement item. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.
Specific terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

- How do I return items still under warranty?
Refund & Return Procedures
Please send an email to returns@kewlgoods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

- I don't have a Credit Card. Can I still order from KewlGoods?
You can call us and arrange to send us a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, and we will ship your item after the payment clears. For more details, call us at 1-888-219-6699.

Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees and are for the cost of the item only.
In the event that the item is defective, Kewlgoods.com will decide whether to exchange the item, replace the item or refund the customer.
